A caravan of students carrying desks, bookcases and miscellaneous classroom equipment had the same festive feel as a holiday parade in Honey Creek this week.

Fifth- through eighth-grade students at Immanuel Lutheran School moved into two new classrooms Tuesday, in time to resume their lessons Monday.

"It will be a transition from a small modular to a huge new school," said Cole Duenckel.
