JC burglary supect caught

At approximately 2:45 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22nd, Jefferson City Police were dispatched to an alarm at 501 East McCarty, Gas Plus. Officers arrived quickly at the scene, and located a suspect leaving the area of the business. After making contact with him, officers were able to determine that he had thrown an object through the window of the business and enter in an attempt to steal items from within.

In a similar burglary some time earlier at the Madison Street Parking garage, the same suspect was implicated as he broke through the glass at the booth and made entry.

The suspect, a 35 year old Jefferson City resident, was arrested for two (2) counts of Second Degree Burglary, one (1) count of First Degree Property Destruction, and one (1) count of Second Degree Property Destruction.

What an goof ball!! Does he not know that there was a police station right across the street. I mean as he threw what ever he threw he had to be looking right at the station. Talk about stupid, someone must be really desperate to try to rob a place only seconds from the police responding to the alarm....Dumb

It's just a definition. He's a suspect until he is convicted. I wonder what he was thinking, or if he was thinking of anything at all.
