Student drivers on course for fire protection training

The annual firefighter training by the Cole County Fire Protection District recently wrapped up, with 10 students going through the courses.

“We start in September and cover many subjects,” said Alan Braun, Cole County Fire Protection District training officer. “This year, we had firefighters from Cole, Meta, Osage and Russellville fire protection districts go through the entire training.”
