Friday, November 11, 2011
COLUMBIA, Mo. — The first 20 minutes of Missouri’s season opener were nothing to write home about.
The second half of the game, and head coach Frank Haith’s debut at Missouri, went a lot smoother.
The 25th-ranked Tigers led just 38-36 at halftime, but opened up the second half on a 23-10 run and rolled to an 83-68 win against Southeast Missouri State Friday night at Mizzou Arena.
