SEDALIA, Mo. - The Aflac American Legion Post 5 Juniors opened the season Saturday by winning a pair of games in the Sedalia Memorial Day Tournament.
The Juniors opened the day with a 10-0 win in five innings over Marshall. Cole Distler and C.J. O'Brien combined to throw a two-hitter.
In the second game, Seth Lehman tossed a one-hitter in an 8-0 win in five innings over Hi-Boy.
The Juniors continue the tournament at 5 p.m. today against Sedalia.
