LU women, men claim D-II individual titles

TURLOCK, Calif. — The Lincoln men’s and women’s track and field teams had some stellar performances on a rainy Saturday in the NCAA Division II Track and Field Championships at Cal State Stanislaus.

Judith Riley won the 100-meter dash first in 11.42 to set a stadium record. Riley finished fourth in the 200 dash in 23.76.

Lincoln was in second place after 17 events with 60 points. Grand Valley State was leading the championships with 72.5. Lincoln’s final result in the 4x400-meter relay and final team standings were unavailable at press time.
