Non-profit to renovate building for community center

The Old Town Revitalization Company announced Wednesday the winner of a bid for the former Homer Cavitte property.

The company announced plans in April to award the property at 1015 E. Atchison St. to a local non-profit to be renovated into a community center called the Old Town Center.
