Search for possible drowning victim

Members of the Missouri Highway Patrol’s Water Patrol Division spent Monday looking for a Freeburg man who is believed to have drowned in the Gasconade River.
According to a report, David Struemph, 66, called his friends, distraught, around 6:40 a.m. Friday. When authorities arrived on the scene, Struemph’s belongings were found by a dock.
