A unified voice. That's what the State of Missouri has lacked from the community in regard to the redevelopment of the Missouri State Penitentiary, according to members of the MSP Action Team, formed through the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce's recent Transformation initiative.
More than 50 community members serve on the team and its four sub-committees with the hope of providing that clear message.
