Your Opinion: Eligibility issues

Dear Editor:

Actually, nobody has examined the document, birth certificate or copy thereof, because we only have the electronic document, neither original nor copy, available. A 10-year old can determine the multiple layers in the electronic document when there should not be any layers.

A simple copy would also show the image of a certified embossed seal that is not visible on the assumed copy from Hawaii. Easily found information about other document errors is available on the Internet; however, I cannot rest my case because so many liberals hate and deny the truth.

Concerning court actions about Obama’s eligibility, on May 4, 2011 the Supreme Court added another Obama case to its docket; Alan Keyes, et al. v. Obama, Bowen, Biden, Huguenin, et al. No. 10-1351, the case concerns officials’ refusal to check presidential qualifications. I know a lot of people other than elected officials that refuse to check presidential qualifications.

A fallacious error was committed when one takes the ruling from one lower court case and applies that ruling to all cases; however, Justice Thomas has stated in the past that the courts have evaded the Obama eligibility issue. During the same budget testimony Justice Thomas also stated that to be a Justice on the Supreme Court “you don’t have to be born in the United States”, at the time Subcommittee Chairman Rep. Jose Serrano, D-N.Y was referring to one of his previous questions about the presidential eligibility of somebody born in Puerto Rico. The aforementioned hearing occurred back in 2010.

When Obama is removed from office, Biden will become president, his problems do not involve constitution qualifications merely his lack of intelligence.
