SW Missouri couple missing for a month

WILLARD, Mo. (AP) - Greene County Sheriff Jim Arnott says investigators are optimistic they will determine what happened to a Willard couple who hasn't been seen for a month.

Rusty and Becky Porter of Willard vanished April 17. Investigators say their home was unlocked and the couple's phones were left behind. The home's outdoor security cameras were knocked out and a strong smell of bleach was found throughout the house.

Sheriff Jim Arnott says a couple of people who he believes have information in the case are not talking to investigators.

The sheriff believes the couple likely is still alive, and people who are involved will be captured.

The family is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information to help find the missing couple.
