Being the top seed in a district tournament has its advantages. But not so much in the Class 4 District 10 tournament.
“It’s open for anybody,” Jefferson City coach Brian Ash said as the top-seeded Jays prepared to open the district baseball tournament at 6:30 p.m. today against eighth-seeded Waynesville at Camdenton.
