Lady Jays focus on district opener after tough soccer loss

With the postseason looming next week, the Jefferson City Lady Jays have little time to stew about Wednesday’s season-finale.

“Honestly, we got our tails kicked,” Jefferson City coach Matt Stacey said after the Lady Jays closed the regular season Wednesday with a 5-1 loss to the Troy Trojans at the 179 Soccer Park.
