Ron Medin knows Old Town is important.

The former 5th Ward Jefferson City councilman and current co-chairman of the Old Town action team for the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce’s economic development strategic plan “Transformation” saw that from the moment the plan was unveiled.
