Jays-Crusaders tilt postponed again

Wet weather forced the cross-town baseball showdown between Helias and Jefferson City to be postponed for a second time Thursday. No makeup date has been announced for the game. The game was originally scheduled for March 23 but was postponed due to rain.

The Crusaders are back in action at 1 p.m. Saturday against Hickman.

The Jays play again at 5 p.m. today at Kirksville.

Blair Oaks’ home game against Osage scheduled for Thursday was also wiped out. That game will not be made up.

The Falcons will play two games in Kirksville Saturday. Blair Oaks opens at noon against Kirksville and then plays Southern Boone at 2:30 p.m.
