Area players make all-state basketball teams

Seven area basketball players were selected to the all-state teams released today by the Missouri Sportswriters and Sportscasters Association.

Paul McMahon of Jefferson City was named to the Class 5 second team.

In Class 4, Zach Rockers of Helias was selected to the second team.

Brandon Moore of Blair Oaks became a three-time all-state selection in Class 3, while Caleb Shaw of Eugene was named to the second team.
