LU Curators OK 2 construction projects

Lincoln University Curators have approved spending more than $2.32 million with two local contractors on different construction projects.

Wisch and Vaughan Construction Co. (WAVCO) won a $1,267,099 contract to build a new aquaculture facility at LU’s Carver Farm on Bald Hill Road, east of Jefferson City.

And Sircal Construction was awarded a $1,113,700 contract to renovate portions of the “South Campus” building at 900 Leslie Blvd.
