Woman charged in death gets change of venue

COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) - The trial of an eastern Missouri woman who is charged along with her husband and three sons in the death of an Ohio drifter will be moved out of the county where the death allegedly occurred.

A Columbia judge on Monday afternoon approved Angela Harvey's request to move her trial out of Audrain County. Harvey, her husband, Chester, and three of their sons are accused of killing 20-year-old James William Boyd McNeely in December 2009.

Chester Harvey also appeared in court on Monday and had his case continued.

McNeely's frozen corpse was found in the refrigerated compartment of Chester Harvey's parked tractor trailer east of Vandalia. The couple's oldest son, Chad Harvey, has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, kidnapping and abandonment of a corpse.
