Wins and losses won't mean much to the Helias girls soccer team for the next seven weeks.

"I'm not even going to look at our record before the district tournament," Helias coach Chuck Register said as the Lady Crusaders prepared for tonight's season opener against Lebanon at the 179 Soccer Park.

"With the schedule we have in front of us, it's going to do nothing but get us ready for the postseason."

It's rare that a coach is looking that far ahead. But with nine starters returning, this could be a special season for the Lady Crusaders.
