Like most teams during wet conditions, the Helias Crusaders have been able to get on the practice field just a handful of times. But that doesn't mean they've been limited to time in the gym.
"We're probably pretty fortunate," Helias coach Chris Wyrick said. "We've probably gotten more work in than a lot of teams because we've been using our parking lot."
And the Crusaders will be relying on their defense this season, starting with today's 5 p.m. game in Westphalia against the Fatima Comets.
