Lincoln gets offensive against Pittsburg State

It was a solid Saturday for the Lincoln baseball team.

The Blue Tigers defeated Pittsburg State 9-3 in the first game of a Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association doubleheader, then led the second game 6-3 in the bottom of the eighth before rain suspended play until today at Lincoln Field.

The teams will attempt finish its suspended game at noon today and then proceed into another doubleheader.
