Grand jury indicts 2 men

Among the indictments handed down by the Cole County grand jury Wednesday was one against a Jefferson City man charged in connection with a March 4 robbery.

According to court documents, Waun Ivory, 20, of 907 E. Elm St., was charged with one count of first-degree robbery.

A Jefferson City Police Department probable cause statement shows the robbery occurred around 10:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Olive Street, although Ivory denied any knowledge of the incident.
