St. Marys had a few good EMPLOYEES until they took a dump in their own nest. You cut your experience, you're cutting your throat.

Other than the Patient ambassadors which I thought was the Pink or Candy stripe volunteers, the rest of the positions seem to me should be paid staff positions. Pinching pennies.....pulling at the heart strings of good people to step up and volunteer so the Hospital can extract a few more dollars for the bottom line is a little funny. Just like the State go after the first hired or lowest paid positions, rather than, getting rid of one or two of the 40K-60K Bureaucrats could keep 3-5 full time employees to take care of these volunteer positions.
