Trash collection ballot language confusing

Let your “yes” mean “yes,” and your “no” mean “no.”

In the case of Jefferson City’s Proposition A, that might be easier said than done.

On April 5, voters in Jefferson City will be asked if they want the city to eliminate the requirement in the city’s code that trash be collected only by an authorized collector.

But as has been the case with some bills in the past, some voters might be confused by the ballot language and how they are voting.

No surprise that the ballot language would be confusing. Deceit is the main mode of operation by politicians.
