A Henley man suffered moderate injuries in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 54 at Route E in Cole County at 11:25 a.m. Saturday.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports James R. Bailey, 71, was driving eastbound when his car failed to yield and pulled out in front of a pickup truck driven northbound by a man from Muscatine, Iowa. The pickup struck Bailey's car in the side.
Bailey was taken by ambulance to St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City. A passenger in the pickup also was hurt, but refused treatment.
