The Blair Oaks Falcons may have a big bulls-eye on their backs, but they're sure not playing like it.
The Falcons, who enter the Class 3 District 9 Tournament as the top seed and on a 17-game winning streak, have won the district title four straight times. They'll start their bid to make it five in a row when they take on Bourbon at 4 p.m. today in the opening round at St. James.
