Rita Esterly to become first JC woman to head state Rotary

Rita Esterly, a Jefferson City psychologist and counselor, will be the first local woman — and only the third woman in the state — to head Missouri Rotarians, when she’s installed as district governor on Friday in ceremonies at the Jefferson City Country Club.

Her term will run for a year.
