Communities within the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) boundaries have about a month to submit new or renewed funding requests for transportation projects - so they can be reviewed by the technical committee and approved for possible federal funding in August.
CAMPO board members voted Wednesday to seek that updated project information, after Holts Summit once again challenged a list of projects proposed for getting federal "Surface Transportation Project" (STP) money as containing only Jefferson City needs.
