His volunteer work at Missouri River Regional Library allows him to be just that as he sits with personal attendant Carol Rademann, stamping books.

Stamping more than 200 books each half day he works, Thurston plays a key role in helping prepare pulled items from the library's collection for the annual spring book sale.
