History was everywhere you turned Saturday as hundreds turned out for the 175th anniversary celebration of the Missouri State Penitentiary.

Angie Northway was at the prison with her son, Ian, and his friend Quinten Strobel on Saturday.

The boys admit they were there for the promised fun and games, not to mention the appeal that the “unknown” has for pre-teen boys. Both joked they were there to see ....
