Case involving death of infant continued

Rachel Sweet is due back in Osage County Circuit Court on July 7, for a possible trial setting in the involuntary manslaughter case involving the drowning death of her almost 3-month-old son on March 8.

That trial-setting had been planned for Friday, but was continued “due to a snafu with her criminal history,” Prosecutor Amanda Grellner said in an e-mail.
