Dear Editor:
On behalf of the membership of the Home Builders Association of Central Missouri, we publicly acknowledge our strong support for the continuance of the Cole County half-cent sales tax.
Our membership from across the construction and housing industry recognize the progress achieved by this important public improvement sales tax over the past 25 years.
There are several projects to be funded from the revenues generated by this sales tax extension that will have a positive economic and public benefit for Cole County.
We ask that our membership and the community go to the polls on June 7 and vote yes on Proposition A.
