Runners know the kind of high they get from pounding the pavement or rounding that last curve on the track. Faith Lewis is no different. At 13, her favorite part about running track is working hard.
Taylor Burkhead, 11, doesn’t skip a beat when saying her favorite part is the competition.
The two are members of area track clubs teaching young athletes fundamental track and field skills and more.
Developing the whole athlete is what Capitol Area Track Club and Velocity Track Club are all about. The clubs welcome ages ....
