A Jefferson City man was hurt Wednesday night when his motorcycle crashed in the 900 block of South Country Club Drive.
Police say Christopher Hoffman, 24, lost control of his motorcycle on slick road surface and hit the pavement at around 10:48 p.m. Wednesday. His injuries were characterized as moderate, not life threatening.
The helmet he was wearing is believed to have prevented serious injury, police reported.
