8 area post offices on possible hit list

The Postal Service is considering closing more than 1 in 10 of its retail outlets.

In Mid-Missouri, the list of locations that could be closed includes: St. Thomas, Olean, Tebbetts, Portland, Syracuse, McGirk and Clarksburg.
