Builder wants city to assume control of stormwater basins

A request for the city to accept private stormwater detention basins as public infrastructure will move to the City Council.

At the public works and planning committee meeting Thursday, local developer Dick Otke presented his request for three stormwater detention basins in a commercial subdivision in west Jefferson City.
