Holts Summit man charged for leading police on chase

A Holts Summit man was charged Monday in connection with a high-speed chase through residential areas of Jefferson City on Sunday afternoon.

William Saffeels, 36, was charged with one count of resisting arrest and one count of driving while revoked.

According to authorities, just after 3 p.m. Sunday, Holts Summit police were in pursuit of a black motorcycle, but ....
