Blair Oaks edges Helias in softball

WARDSVILLE — The start of the high school softball season is more than a month away, but Helias and Blair Oaks got an early preview Wednesday night at the Falcon Athletic Complex.

And Blair Oaks made the most of it.

Alyson Jones hit an RBI double with two outs in the sixth to break open a tie game and give the Falcons a 3-2 victory.
