NEOSHO, Mo. (AP) - A van has struck and killed a teenager who was lying on U.S. 71 in southwest Missouri.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said 16-year-old James D. McNally of Joplin was hit around 4 a.m. Sunday about five miles north of Neosho.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
