A $35,000 grant from the Alphonse J. Schwartz Foundation funded an advertising campaign on the St. Louis Cardinals Radio Network for the Vitae Foundation.
The Vitae Foundation is a national non-profit organization that uses non-confrontational mass media campaigns to reach women facing unplanned pregnancies.
This program is unique because in addition to the Vitae ads playing during Cardinals games, it also included an essay contest with the top prize of throwing out the first pitch at Osage County Night at the Ballpark on July 28.
