Tickets for the Missouri-Missouri Southern benefit basketball game in Joplin will go on sale to the general public Aug. 8.
Reserved seat chairback tickets are $20, with general admission seats $12. MSSU Lionbacker Booster Club members and basketball season ticket holders will be able to purchase tickets before the general public starting Aug. 1.
All tickets will be sold through the MSSC ticket office.
The game will be played Sunday, Oct. 30.
For fans who cannot attend, virtual tickets for $10 will be available starting Aug. 8 as well. They can be purchased online at www.mutigers.com. Those fans will receive a virtual ticket in the mail.
All proceeds from the event will be donated by Missouri Southern to support tornado relief efforts by the school's faculty, staff and students.
Additional information, including online auctions and a free basketball clinic for kids, will be released later.
