Jefferson City Country Club was rated 10th in a survey of favorite courses to play in the state by members of the Missouri Golf Association released earlier this month.
A total of 574 MGA members responded to the survey, which asked golfers to list their 10 favorite courses to play in Missouri. Jefferson City Country Club was listed by 145 of the golfers (25.3 percent).
Meadow Lake Acres Country Club was 25th, with 72 votes (12.5 percent).
Three courses at the Lake of the Ozarks were also among the top 25 in the survey.
The Club at Porto Cima in Sunrise Beach topped all vote-getters with 342 (59.6 percent). The Club at Old Kinderhook in Camdenton was fifth (256, 44.6 percent), with Osage National in Lake Ozark tying for 20th (95, 16.6 percent).
