California Tournament honors given

Sadie Theroff of the Jefferson City Lady Jays and Austin Reed of the Mexico Bulldogs were voted MVPs at last week’s California Tournament.

Theroff led the Lady Jays to the girls tournament title Saturday with a 61-48 victory over previously unbeaten Moberly. Reed helped the Bulldogs to a 58-38 win over Southern Boone in the boys title game Saturday.
