Helias announces inductees
2011 ceremony to be held Jan. 30 for school’s Hall of Fame

On Jan. 30, Helias Catholic High School will celebrate and honor 10 people who are being inducted into the Helias Hall of Fame.
A special Mass will be held at 4 p.m. for the inductees and their immediate families; a social hour will follow at 5 p.m. In the Helias Commons, a dinner will be held at 6 p.m.; a program will follow at 7 p.m. If you would like to attend, contact the Helias Foundation at 573-635-3808 before Saturday. Tickets are $25 per person; a table of eight is $200, or a table of 12 is $300.
The Helias High School Hall of Fame began in 2008 as a way to recognize those who have helped to establish Helias Catholic High School. New members are inducted into the Hall of Fame each year. Inductees must have graduated at least 20 years before induction; demonstrated loyalty and/or service to Helias; distinguished himself or herself in a chosen field; and have exhibited moral standards to the credit of the school.

• Patricia S. Buchanan (posthumously)
• Father Brendan Doyle
• Denny Hughes
• David J. Johnson (posthumously)
• Stan Ochsner
• Sidney J. Reedy
• Michael J. Rehagen
• Thomas S. Shimmens
• Emily Vogel Talken
