Some looting of storm victims' homes

SUNSET HILLS, Mo. (AP) - St. Louis-area residents whose homes were damaged by last week's severe storm are being victimized again, this time by looters.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports scattered incidents of people stealing from properties left in ruins by the storm that struck on New Year's Eve.

In hard-hit Sunset Hills, where a tornado touched down, resident Russ Musgrove saw three men dragging welding equipment from the ruins of his son's house Tuesday afternoon. He made the men put it back, but didn't call police.
