ST. JOSEPH, Mo. -- The Lincoln women's tennis team came close to coming away with its first victory of the season Saturday, but the Blue Tigers fell 5-4 to Morningside College in the Missouri Western Car City Classic.
On Friday, the Blue Tigers dropped their opening match of the season 7-2 to Newman before being edged 5-4 by Missouri Western.
