LOS ANGELES (AP) - Paul Pierce scored 24 points, Ray Allen added 22, and the Boston Celtics rallied in the second half for their fourth victory in five games, 99-92 over the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday night.
Kevin Garnett had 16 points and 11 rebounds for the defending Eastern Conference champions, who began the process of integrating newcomers Jeff Green and Nenad Krstic into their lineup after acquiring them from Oklahoma City in a trade for Kendrick Perkins.
Krstic had nine points and six rebounds while starting at center for the Celtics, who made a 24-7 run spanning halftime. After sleepwalking through portions of a loss in Denver on Thursday night immediately after the trade, the Celtics regained their usual late-game execution at Staples Center.
Randy Foye scored 32 points and Blake Griffin added 21 points and 11 rebounds for the Clippers in their first home game since Feb. 2 following an 11-game road trip. The Clippers had won nine straight home games before losing to Chicago right before their epic trip.
Rockets 123, Nets 108
HOUSTON (AP) - Kevin Martin scored 30 points, Chase Budinger added 27 and Houston won its first game since trading away Shane Battier and Aaron Brooks.
Budinger took Battier's spot in the starting lineup and went 8 for 11 from the field. Luis Scola added 23 points and seven rebounds for the Rockets, who've won nine straight meetings with New Jersey.
Deron Williams had 15 points and a season-high 17 assists for the Nets, who have lost five in a row and eight of 10.
Goran Dragic had six points and an assist in his first game for the Rockets, who dealt Battier to Memphis and Brooks to Phoenix just before Thursday's deadline. Hasheem Thabeet, who came to Houston in the Battier trade, made his debut with 2:02 left and picked up two fouls without scoring.
Bulls 83, Bucks 75
MILWAUKEE (AP) - Luol Deng scored 19 points and Derrick Rose had 17, leading the surging Bulls to the victory.
Chicago has won six of seven to improve to 15-4 since Jan. 14, putting pressure on Boston and Miami at the top of the Eastern Conference. Joakim Noah had eight points and 17 rebounds for the Bulls, who beat the Heat 93-89 on Thursday night.
Luc Richard Mbah a Moute scored a second-high 16 points and John Salmons added 14 points for the Bucks.
Salmons hit a 3-pointer to trim the Bulls' lead to 78-72 with 3:56 remaining. Rose then drove the lane and hit a wide-open Kyle Korver, who drained a 3-pointer. After Andrew Bogut hit one free throw for the Bucks, Korver made another jumper with 2:21 remaining to put the game away.
Pistons 120, Jazz 116
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (AP) - Rodney Stuckey scored 28 points and made a big steal in the final minute, helping the Pistons bounce back from an embarrassing start to the weekend.
One night earlier, Detroit used only six players in a lopsided loss at Philadelphia after several Pistons missed at least part of a team shootaround. Stuckey and Austin Daye, who arrived late to the shootaround and didn't play Friday, were back on the court against the Jazz. Daye scored 18 points, 11 in the fourth quarter.
Paul Millsap led Utah with 23 points and 11 rebounds.
Will Bynum, who had played all 48 minutes against Philadelphia, put Detroit ahead for good with a driving three-point play with 1:52 remaining.
Grizzlies 120, Kings 92
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Zach Randolph had 23 points and 12 rebounds, Marc Gasol added 21 points, and the Grizzlies pulled away in the second half.
Both Randolph and Gasol were 10 of 15 from the field as Memphis shot 55 percent while winning for the sixth time in seven games. Darrell Arthur had 17 points, O.J. Mayo scored 13 and Hamed Haddadi added 10 points and a career-high 10 rebounds.
Beno Udrih led the Kings with 24 points, connecting on 10 of 13 shots. But for much of the game, he was the only one providing substantial scoring for Sacramento. Marcus Thornton finished with 15, and DeMarcus Cousins added 14 points and seven rebounds before fouling out.
The Kings dropped to 2-10 in February.
Mavericks 105, Wizards 99
WASHINGTON (AP) - Jason Terry scored 25 points, Tyson Chandler had a season-high 23 and 13 rebounds and Dallas earned its fifth consecutive victory.
Dirk Nowitzki added 21 points for the Mavericks, who have won 15 of 16 overall. Dallas improved to 8-1 in its last nine road games in the opener of a three-game trip.
John Wall had 24 points for lowly Washington, which has lost five in a row and 15 of 16. Nick Young scored 14 and Rashard Lewis finished with 13.
Jordan Crawford, playing his first home game, tied it at 97 on a jumper with 1:36 left, but Chandler scored on a tip and Nowitzki and Terry each hit two free throws to make it 103-97 with 37.7 seconds remaining.
Jason Kidd, who turns 38 next month, had 14 assists for Dallas.
