The Lincoln University men's basketball team erased an 11-point second-half deficit and had a chance to win at the buzzer, but Jimmy Payton's 3-pointer at the end came up just short leaving Washburn with the narrow 69-67 victory Saturday afternoon at Jason Gym.
The Lincoln Blue Tigers women's basketball team wrapped up their season Saturday with a 71-51 loss to Washburn.
