Contractor plans to develop land near hospital site

Missouri 179 is quickly becoming the place to build in Jefferson City.

With the announcement earlier this month that St. Mary’s Health Center has been extended a $10 million line of credit and that the funding for surrounding infrastructure is in the process of being approved, surrounding development is soon to follow.

One of the first individuals to try and capitalize on the potential of the area is Jerry Green, owner of Jerry Green Construction.
