Sunday, February 20, 2011
Those associated with the Jefferson City Parks and Recreation’s All Star Baseball team know that life really is about making strides even if it is over time, and their new affiliation with a national organization will help the team do just that.
The All Star Baseball Program is a softball program for children ages 5-18 with disabilities.
The program has entered into a partnership with The Miracle League, a national organization dedicated to providing playing opportunities and accessible playing surfaces to children with both physical and developmental challenges.
